REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Ganga Farms, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver premium-quality natural products such as Organic Powders, Sea Buckthorn Products, Moringa Powder, and wellness juices.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged package received

  • Expired product delivered

  • Missing item in order

Refund Eligibility

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos

  • Package opening video (if damaged)

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Used products

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong address provided by customer
